Dr. Sibylle Georgianna, CEO and Clinical Psychologist of The Leadership Practice, Psychology Consultations Inc. and its affiliate Sexual Health of Orange County, CA strives to create holistic, sustainable health and healing in their clients and organizations they work with.
From 1999-2003, as part of her Graduate studies, Sibylle began her support of clients in the development of holistic self-leadership at the University of Hamburg, Germany. The goal was to teach clients the necessary skills so that they could regulate or lead themselves and others in the pursuit of their goals and well-being.
Sibylle's doctoral research was to develop culturally sensitive self-leadership strategies for two diverse groups of participants (China and New York City).
After completing her required internships in New York City and graduating from the University of Koblenz-Landau, Germany, summa cum laude with a doctorate degree, Sibylle got licensed as a psychologist by the California Board of Psychology.
She also added a certification for sexual therapy by the Institute of Sexual Wholeness, a Sex Addiction therapy certification by the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP), Clinical Partner Specialist Certification by the Association of Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists. Last but not least, in 2017 Sibylle became a Certified Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapist by the EMDR International Association.

This set of qualifications sets Dr. Sibylle apart from the other treatment providers available at the time. With the specific skills and treatment competencies from the respective certification programs, Sibylle is able to highly customize and fine-tune each of her client's treatment instead of using a a "one fits all" type of approaches to treatment. The high degree of customization cuts down in treatment time and cost for the client and provides a major advantage over competing treatment approaches.
